Return & Refund Policy – Best Nail Supply (Australia)


1. Returns (Within 14 Days)

  • You can return items within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • You must have a valid proof of purchase.

  • Return shipping is your responsibility. We do not refund shipping costs.

2. Items You Cannot Return Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Gel polish or nail lacquer

  • Dipping powders

  • Nail tips or soft gel extensions

  • Opened or used nail kits

  • Any used or unsealed products

 

3. Problems With Your Order? If your item is damaged, incorrect, or missing:

4. Refund Process

  • We’ll inspect your return and let you know if it’s approved.

  • If approved, you’ll receive a refund to your original payment method in 5–7 business days.


5. Chargeback Policy

  • Please contact us first before filing a chargeback.

  • If you file a chargeback without contacting us, we will respond using your order and delivery proof.

  • Orders marked as delivered by Australia Post are considered complete.

  • Customers who file unjustified chargebacks may be banned from future purchases.


6. Shipping & Delivery

  • All orders include tracking via Australia Post.

  • Once tracking shows delivered, we are no longer responsible for the package.

  • Please make sure someone is available to receive your order or choose a safe delivery option.
